pkjili Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the pkjili platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any pkjili application — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the pkjili platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the pkjili website or services.

pkjili reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pkjili will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. • You must be at least 21 years of age. pkjili strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.

• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by pkjili or PAGCOR.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of pkjili, or an immediate family member of any such person.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on pkjili. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkjili account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. pkjili will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to:

All deposits are credited to your pkjili account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your account balance.

Withdrawal requests are processed by pkjili within fifteen (15) minutes on average for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking business days depending on the receiving institution. pkjili processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must have passed identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• pkjili reserves the right to request additional documentation (such as proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified pkjili account and are in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

pkjili's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pkjili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkjili's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

pkjili operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints relating to pkjili's compliance with PAGCOR's licensing conditions may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

Any legal dispute between you and pkjili that cannot be resolved through pkjili's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
